These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the SPECTRUM website and platform at spectrumscaling.com, operated by SPECTRUM Scaling (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the website or the platform, you agree to these terms.
1. The Platform
SPECTRUM is a private, invite-only platform for foodtech CEOs. Members get curated intelligence, AI-powered analysis tools, a private dataroom for their company documents, and the option to share an investor Q&A with investors they invite.
2. Access and Accounts
Access is by invitation or approved request only. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us at team@spectrumscaling.com if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or end access at our discretion, including when these terms are not respected.
3. Your Content
Documents and inputs you upload remain yours. You confirm you are entitled to upload them. We use them only to provide the platform to you, and they are visible only to you, to people you choose to share them with (such as investors you invite), and to the SPECTRUM team where needed to support you.
4. AI-Generated Output
Analyses and answers on the platform are generated with AI from the sources available to it. They can be incomplete or wrong. Check important figures against the source documents before relying on them. Answers shared with investors are your responsibility to review.
5. No Financial Advice
Nothing on the website or the platform is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security or asset. Make your own assessment and consult qualified advisers before making decisions.
6. Intellectual Property
The platform, its tools, frameworks and the content we provide are the intellectual property of SPECTRUM Scaling. You may use them for your own business purposes as a member. You may not reproduce, distribute or resell them without our prior written permission.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to provide accurate information, to use the platform only for lawful purposes, not to attempt unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its systems, and not to share your login credentials.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SPECTRUM Scaling is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or the platform, including any reliance on its content.
9. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
